Acres Asset Management has it’s focus firmly on Danish real estate. Although Acres is a fairly new company, it’s employees including founder and CEO, Dennis Althoff-Andersen, have extensive experience with both acquisitions and value add property asset management. Our philosophy has always been to find assets with potential and to unlock this potential through hard work and perseverance.
Acres Investment Management
Acres Investment Management is dedicated to supporting international and local investors in unlocking the potential of the Nordic Real Estate market. Combining a strong local knowledge and network with international capital market experience, we assist investors throughout the acquisition and disposition phase. This includes sourcing, underwriting, LOI and SPA negotiation as well as capital structure management.
